Attending driving school can be very beneficial, regardless of what your reasons were for signing up for the driving lessons. Some go there to take driving lessons, and other go there to take their driving tests.
Driving is both practical and theory-based. Just knowing how to get behind the wheel and drive is not everything. You also need to know how to operate the various aspects of the car and know how to drive within the limits of the laws.
