Each and every instructor has a police clearance and a clean driving history for your safety. Our driving instructors are locally based and available at short notice for all driving lessons. All our driver training vehicles are new and easy to drive – modern cars fitted with dual pedals to give you a safe training environment. All cars are fully comprehensively insured to cover all learner drivers.

During your Melbourne driving lessons the driving instructor will always use respectful verbal expression and never yell or tell the learner off in any way. Being a professional driving instructor means being able to train in a fun environment. We strive to provide a low-risk and low-stress driving atmosphere for all learners.

Our policy is to keep your appointment and prevent any possibility of a double booking. When you make an appointment it will be reserved for your time and date at your convenience. Should you wish to change it, contact the trainer or driving school – it is only a matter of a phone call or a text message.

Each and every instructor is contactable via mobile phone. Please leave a voice message or SMS when the trainer’s phone is off the hook — it may be that the trainer is in a driving test (VicRoads requires that all phones are switched off during a driving test). The driving instructor will call you back once available.

Please give at least 24 hours’ cancellation notice so that we can offer the lesson to another learner. In case a trainer runs late for the lesson (i.e. due to traffic delays), our policy is to call and let you know the time of arrival.

Remember, for your convenience, your driving lesson starts from the time you are seated behind the steering wheel.

If you ever forget any personal belongings in the car – a phone, tablet, bag or book – rest assured it will be delivered to your home address.
